Thank you to the Occasional Singers

On Sun 24 November, Dorchester Poverty Action was invited to speak as the beneficiary of the Occasional Singers Advent Concert.    Despite the atrocious weather caused by Storm Bert, the church was surprisingly full to listen to a very varied and superb concert.    Everyone was encouraged by the conductor, Miriam Newton, to donate and an amazing £1,061 was collected at the door. 

The charity would like to thank all the members of the choir, their musicians and conductor for their hard work and to the audience for their generosity.
