Dorchester Poverty Action held another very successful Cream Tea on Sunday 15th September at The Old Vicarage in Puddletown. It was a beautiful afternoon and the event was very well attended. A total of just over £600 was raised for DPA funds, which help to support local people in need, through cream teas, a raffle, book, bric-a-brac, plant stalls and donations. We should like to say a very big thank you to everyone who came along to support the event and particularly to Jeremy and Mandy Barnes for letting it be held in their lovely garden and all the other people who helped to make the event such a success.
